1. Articles of Association and amendments to it
2. State Registration Certificate (OGRN)
3. Inspection certificate (INN / KPP)
4. Information letter from Goskomstat (OKPO code)
5. Protocol or order on the appointment of the head
6. Manager's passport (sheet with photo and registration)
7. Certificate from the bank about open accounts (ruble and foreign currency)
8. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities

All documents will require 1 copy, certified by the seal and signature of the head.
